Packing Orders With Love

One of the most special parts of creating and running Glumpy Charm is preparing the orders.

Behind every order is a real person who chose something from the shop, and that feeling has never faded since the first sale. I prepare each package myself, usually at a desk surrounded by my beads, charms, mountains of clothes, boxes, tools, and a little bit of creativity.

Preparing orders has become a little ritual, it's not methodical, but it works for me.

First, I carefully check each piece to make sure everything is perfect,  then, I wrap it and prepare it for safe shipping. I like to include small details whenever possible: sometimes stickers, washi tape, stamps, a note, a card, a candy, sometimes small trinkets, and for handmade orders, a small gift charm.

These details may seem small, but they're important to me, i know some people might just throw them in the trash, but that's okay.

Supporting a small business means supporting a true creator, and I want every order to feel like it came from a real place, filled with creativity and love, every package leaves my bedroom, my HOME, not a big and cold warehouse.

For me, Glumpy Charm is a blend of art, organization, chaos, and everyday joy, some days, my workspace feels like a mini explosion of tape, paper, boxes and crafting materials, other days, it's quiet and focused.

Every order that leaves my workspace carries a little piece of that creative world with it, and that's something I'm incredibly grateful for.
